Return Policy

At BEJOLE, we are committed to ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, the need to return an item may arise.

Final Sale Items:
All final sale items are non-returnable unless the product is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we are committed to offering a replacement at no additional cost. Defects must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item, accompanied by photographic proof of the defect.

Product Sizes:
Returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted if the reason is related to the item being too small or too large. We provide detailed information about the dimensions of each product when applicable. Please ensure you review this information carefully before completing your purchase.

Conditions for Accepting Returns:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

- The return must be received by BEJOLE within 10 business days of your receipt of the product.
- The returned item must be unused and in new condition.
- All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package, except for defective or damaged items, which are exempt from this fee.
