When will my order be shipped?

within a maximum of 2 business days. For made-to-order products, this time
frame may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed about the progress
and provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our
warehouse.

My order arrived in separate shipments. Is that normal?

Yes, because our products are shipped from
various warehouses in Europe, Asia, and the United States to bring them closer
to your location, some items may arrive at different times. While we strive to
minimize these situations, our priority is ensuring you receive all your
products as quickly as possible.

How can I find my ring or bracelet size?

On each product page, we provide a detailed
sizing guide to help you choose the correct size.

What happens if my tracking number doesn’t work?

Sometimes tracking numbers only function for
shipments within the United States, as postal systems in other countries may
not always update tracking information. If your order is international, please
allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. For domestic orders with non-functional
tracking numbers, please contact us for assistance.

The tracking shows "Delivered," but Ihaven’t received anything.

In these cases, responsibility lies with the
carrier once the order leaves our warehouse. We recommend contacting the
carrier directly for assistance in locating your package.

What about taxes on my purchase?

steel and plated with gold, rose gold, silver, or rhodium. To keep your pieces
in perfect condition, we recommend avoiding contact with liquids and chemicals.

Special care for earrings

If you purchased earrings from us, please sterilize them before wearing for hygiene reasons. Most of our jewelry is made of
stainless steel and other metals. If your skin is sensitive to certain metals,
