At BEJOLE, we are committed to ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, the need to return an item may arise.

Final Sale Items:
All final sale items are non-returnable unless the product is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we are committed to offering a replacement at no additional cost. Defects must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item, accompanied by photographic proof of the defect.

Product Sizes:
Returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted if the reason is related to the item being too small or too large. We provide detailed information about the dimensions of each product when applicable. Please ensure you review this information carefully before completing your purchase.

Conditions for Accepting Returns:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The return must be received by BEJOLE within 10 business days of your receipt of the product.
• The returned item must be unused and in new condition.
• All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package, except for defective or damaged items, which are exempt from this fee.

Return Procedure:
It is essential to notify us before returning any item. Please send us a message with your full name, order number, and the items you wish to return. Do not return any product unless approved. Returned items must be new and in their original packaging as received.

Partial Refund:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning product(s). A partial refund will consist of the final sale price minus a $5 restocking fee, except for defective or damaged products, for which no restocking fee will apply.
